Fluoride in your tap water

I have just read that Mr Hancock is proposing legislation for the flouridation of tap water. Have I read somewhere that it causes Hypothyroidism and is in some part to blame for the obesity epidemic in the USA?

I grew up in the USA with fluoridated tap water and didn’t start having any problems until 15 years after I was here in the UK. I have Graves Disease.

Hancock probably has shares in a water filter company and is hoping that many more people will buy filters to avoid the added fluoride - or a mate has a failing company that has never added fluoride to water but would really like to

Sadly I think you’re probably right Angel. Maybe he’s invested in a bottled water company?

I didn't think that there were any water filters that removed fluoride.

Apparently, Berkey do and so does an RO system. Others may also work but haven't looked into it

Zerowater does. I was looking at them this morning but you then run the gauntlet of taking out any good stuff in the water along with it
