Unfortunately you have cut off the reference ranges in the first two pictures, you might want to delete those and resubmit the pictures to include the ranges.
As for your thyroid tests, both the Medichecks and NHS results will be considered normal. A normal healthy person would have a TSH of no more than 2, often around 1, with FT4 around mid-range-ish. Your results fit this criteria.
Hope this is better x

There are a couple of slightly low levels and there's probably nothing to worry about but you might want to ask your GP to repeat Eosinophils test at some point seeing as it's been flagged as "Lo"
medicalnewstoday.com/articl...
As normal levels of eosinophils can be zero, a low level of eosinophils isn’t usually considered a medical problem after one test.
However, there are some conditions that can cause a low level of eosinophils, which is known as eosinopenia. An example of this is drunkenness. Others are some medical conditions that cause the body to produce too many steroids. An example of this is an overproduction of cortisol, which can restrain the immune system.
and Phospate is a tad low but the rest of your bone profile is fine.
Ferritin: 59 (13-250)
Ferritin is recommended to be half way through range. You're not iron deficient nor do you have anaemia so it's just a matter of raising ferritin which should be helped by eating liver regularly, maximum 200g per week due to it's high Vit A content, also liver pate, black pudding, and including lots of iron rich foods in your diet

B12: 380ng/L (197-771)
Ng/L is the same as pg/ml and according to an extract from the book, "Could it be B12?" by Sally M. Pacholok:
"We believe that the 'normal' serum B12 threshold needs to be raised from 200 pg/ml to at least 450 pg/ml because deficiencies begin to appear in the cerebrospinal fluid below 550".
"For brain and nervous system health and prevention of disease in older adults, serum B12 levels should be maintained near or above 1000 pg/ml."
Folate: 5.6 (3.9-26.8)
Folate is recommended to be at least half way through range so yours is low.
Both Folate and B12 levels can be helped by supplementing with a good quality, bioavailable B Complex such as Thorne Basic B or Igennus Super B. At the recommended dose of 1 capsule of Thorne it delivers 400mcg methylfolate and 400mcg methylcobalamin (B12) and 2 tablets of Igennus Super B delivers 400mcg methylfolate and 900mcg methylcobalamin. It might be worth starting with the Igennus to give a better boost to your B12 and retest in 3 months to see where your levels lie then. You may be able to reduce to 1 tablet of Igennus.
No Vit D test? If GP wont do this then you can do it with a private fingerprick blood spot test with an NHS lab which offers this test to the general public:
Suggest you get thyroid antibodies tested at next test
Does medicheck do this as my doctor not really helping.

Suggest you improve low folate and B12 first retest thyroid in say 6-8 weeks
Extremely important to test vitamin D too
Aiming for vitamin D at least around 80nmol and around 100nmol maybe better
Are you currently taking any vitamin D?
Vitamin D NHS postal kit
Also vitamin D available as separate test via MMH
Always test thyroid as early as possible in morning before eating or drinking anything other than water
I got the vitamin d spray and b vitamins been taking these for a week now. So I wait 6-8 weeks before retest ?
Have you had vitamin D tested?
If not, get that tested next ASAP
Yes definitely wait at least 6-8 weeks improving low folate and B12 ...before getting thyroid retested
Omg. I’m sorry to hear that. May I ask what you do for a living? You can’t open like that and leave us hanging. that sounds terrible
