Word of warning,placed an order in march and paid.Just emailed asking for any news ,and got told i would need a new order...had a feeling this was going to happen.Anyone else?

No I didn’t ask for a refund as I was hoping to get my order eventually,but the tone of the reply suggests I should pay again for something we know they don’t have..

Obviously that's not acceptable. I would go back to the supplier for proper clarification though, rather than jumping to what might be a wrong conclusion.

I made an order with a Thai supplier that I had ordered successfully from the year before in July. Never received the order and they have never responded to my numerous messages... Unfortunately I made a big order this time, so looks like I have lost 300 US dollars
