Endo gave me a med increase ?

Need advice on taking my meds ... currently Im taking 100mcg levo plus and extra 50mcg per week along with 10mcg Cytomel. My Endo agreed to another meds increase Cytomel this time and extra 5mcg per day . I split the EXTRA 50mcg levo throughout the week, if I remember!

Current meds schedule:

4:15am: (1/2) 50mcg levo and (1/2) 5mcg Cytomel.

11am : 50mcg levo and 5mcg Cytomel

9pm: Remaining 50mcg levo and 1/2 of 5mcg Cytomel .

I try to juggle my other meds in between these times (when brain blips don’t interfere) Iron,mag, D3, K2 and my normal meds.

Should I SPLIT the extra 5mcg or just take 5mcg at 4:15am, 11am and 9pm.

Opinions greatly appreciated!

How how do you get on with the current middle un-split dose? I think I've got the gut of a rhino - not at all as sensitive as other posters - so if you're fine on 5 mcg at 11 am with no jitters, I'd take it as three doses of 5 mcg and see how you do. If that doesn't work for whatever reason, you could try splitting as option 2, but it would be easier not to, if option 1 works for you - and I'm all for keeping things easy

Hi fuchsia-pink ... I split my pills because of tiredness and thought maybe I was running out of steam (originally) I took my meds at 4:15 and 11am and then nothing for the rest of the day. Anyway I don’t believe I will be sensitive to the extra 5mcg Cytomel EXCEPT I do take my last dose at 9pm and usually go to bed an hour or two later so Im not sure if the full 5mcg will interfere with sleep, current split of 5mcg does not.
