I had the same problem. I registered with Monitor my Health last week but it just wouldn’t accept any passwords I created. In the end I emailed for help - they cleared my log on of all the failed passwords and reset , but I still couldn’t create a password that worked at log in. Emailed them again - always a quick response. Finally they gave me a password - and I logged in.
So now I have my TSH, T4 and T3 test kit but I probably ordered it too early as I still need an increase in Levo to raise T4 and I still need to improve my vitamins.
I’m hoping the test kit is good for about 3 months? Think I remember reading that.
With Medichecks it's 6 months, with Blue Horizon it's 12 months.
I had an email from Medichecks yesterday saying that their terms & conditions were changing and people would only have 120 days to use tests that had been purchased on or after the 23rd November 2020.
For any tests that had been purchased (or will be in future) the expiry date for use will be displayed on someone's Medichecks account.
