Did you click on the link I gave you?

It takes you to MonitorMyHealth, the NHS lab. They only do one thyroid test which costs £29, but you can use the code in the link I gave to get the discount.

The £35 test is a special offer from Medichecks which you won't find in my link above.

I m not usually so unable to do things online .. still trying , now it’s not letting me log in . Kept forgetting password and getting a new one . I have written it down down but still not accepting.

I’ve emailed them

Will post when I’ve been successful!!

Which company are you trying to log in to and who have you emailed?

You were asking how you get the NHS £29 test so I assume you haven't used them before - that is Monitor My Heath. So if you've not used them before you wont be able to log in, you would have to register.

If you are trying to log into Medichecks and have emailed them, that is not the NHS lab which does the £29 test.

Have you clicked on the link and clicked through to MonitorMyHealth? It shows you how to collect your sample, there is a video. Yes, it is a fingerprick test.

Like Hibs1 I've not had a problem with Monitor My Health. I ordered a test last week, got an order confirmation immediately, test delivered 2 days later, did the test on Tuesday this week, results arrived on Wednesday.

Maybe it was a one off. I’ve never used them since as it put me off. I’ll try next time x
