Hi everyone so my doc raised my t4 from 110mg to 120mg and lowered my T3 from 40 mg to 30 mg .

I hope it goes well, but not hopeful. The replies you got last time suggested a T3 dose decrease was the last thing you need, based on your actual thyroid hormones ...

Free T3 2.6 Range: 2.3-4.2

Free T4 0.55 (low) Range: 0.61-1.12

Can't see any reason at all to reduce T3, which is very low in range, and such a tiny increase in levo, which is currently below range, is likely too small to do much in my opinion.

Remember you are really aiming for both "frees" to be at least 2/3 through range x

I was getting weird symptoms with 40 mg of T4

That's a big overall dose reduction. If anything, you needed more T3.
