How do you feel? If not tip-top, then yes, I'd increase, Free T4 is crawling along the bottom of the range, and although free T3 is better, at 27% though range, that's still pretty feeble.
Have you tested key nutrients, or are supplementing? Your levo works best when nutrients are good x
Looking through previous posts couldn’t see any vitamin results apart from Vitamin D for last 2 years
For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4 and FT3 plus both TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested. Also EXTREMELY important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12
Recommended on here that all thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and before eating or drinking anything other than water .
Last dose of Levothyroxine 24 hours prior to blood test. (taking delayed dose immediately after blood draw).
This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip)
Is this how you do your tests?
Private tests are available as NHS currently rarely tests Ft3 or thyroid antibodies or all relevant vitamins

Current results suggest perhaps still under medicated
Yes have followed your recommendations. Always have bloods done early am. Stop Levo as recommended. I’ve got a good GP. He does as I ask. Ferritin was done 6 weeks ago. Will get the print out for that tomorrow. Vit d done 6 months ago. So will get them redone in next 6 weeks time. Will ask forTPO AND TG thyroid antibodies next time as well.
B12 and folate?
Looking at previous posts you had RAI for Graves
Did you also get diagnosed as Hashimoto’s?
Won’t need antibodies retested
No one has said I’m Hashimoto’s
Ok ....I saw a previous post of yours discussing possible Hashimoto’s...but didn’t read whole thread
So how do I get tested to see if I have that. Or is it because I’ve gone under active that it’s presumed I am.
You have Graves’ disease (even after RAI)
After RAI its inevitable to become hypothyroid
It is possible to also have Hashimoto’s (but rare). It’s almost irrelevant anyway.
With Graves or Hashimoto’s, low vitamins are extremely common.
Gluten intolerance common with both
I’ve been doing keto for the last 3 years lost 18lb and feel good!
I try and stick to under 50g or carbs a day. My cholesterol is within range. Just annoys me that my thyroid keeps trotting up and down. My GP said you had your bloods taken a while back don’t need them keep doing, so I said well it’s not you feeling rubbish. And I know when it’s on the down as me hair falls out. He rang and apologised. Lol.
Previous post discussing your antibodies

Thank you! I couldn’t find them. I’ve changed phone and things have gone. I normally take screen shots to refer back to. I’m good at following what I’m told to help me. And I’m lucky to have found you guys
So basically I could have had hashis but they got my TSH down and sent me graves?
No
Graves’ disease is HYPER thyroid
Hashimoto’s is HYPO thyroid.....but frequently starts with temporary hyperthyroid phase as thyroid is attacked, and cells breakdown releasing lots of thyroid hormones. It’s not true hyperthyroid.....just a very temporary high level
To confirm Graves’ disease TSI or Trab antibodies need to be high
You can have high TPO antibodies with both Graves and Hashimoto’s
I don’t think you need to worry about it
You’re now hypothyroid having had RAI
RAI destroys your own thyroid
