Which ndt meds .... opinions please

Hi guys, after my melt down last night I have been overwhelmed by the support from all of you regarding my endo/meds situation.

So I now have three affordable options available to me, and not only am I the most indecisive person but I would love to hear your options regarding use of the following please?

Tru thyroid

Metavive 11

Thyro active

I am happy to any of the above, I am currently taking thyroid s, and before that thiroyd.

I am sorry that you do not appear to have received a timely response to your post/question - or perhaps you got an answer on another post or in a Private Message? Please feel free to post a new question if you wish. Posts are sometimes missed as it is so busy. Or maybe no-one who read it was able to answer?

From what we have seen posted on the forum, Tru thyroid is dreadfully ineffective, and Thyro active "should be called Thyro inactive"!

We simply don't know enough about Metavive (whichever number) and see sometimes conflicting opinions. In particular, some have found the new formulations, identifiable by dosages of 40, 80 etc., rather than 15, 30 etc., have been less widely accepted.

Thank you for your reply, would you know if thyroid s is working well? I want to switch from t4/t3 to thyroid s as I felt much better on that previously.

About all I know is that some people have recently managed to get hold of some Thyroid S after a period of unavailability.

I hope some of them can answer! (I am on levothyroxine only so am not well placed to answer.)
