Ive just joined the group and was wondering if anyone out there is taking Quercetin and have had any results good or bad with interaction with thyroxine...
I have been recommended it post Covid infection for its anti-inflammatory effects and its effects on histamine... I have been getting terrible allergy responses recently and am not getting on with traditional antihistamines...
Would appreciate your thoughts
