I'm turning to you lovely people once again for support as I am really unwell again. In this whole journey I only felt completely well (apart from some fibromyalgia symptoms) for about 2 weeks and this was in September. I am so disappointed that I am unwell again and everything I've done since hasn't worked. I am fatigued, depressed, I have hissing in my ears, pain in my body and head, my hair is falling out...
Those two good weeks I had were after I started taking one Adrenavive III in the morning. I was already on 1 1/2 grains NDT.
A few days after my symptoms came back I started adding:
On 2 October I added 1/4 grain NDT but did not feel better.
On 11 October I added one Adrenavive II at lunchtime and I was able to sleep a bit better since, but no other symptoms improved.
On 18 October I added one Metavive I, but felt no improvement.
On 22 October I added another 1/4 grain NDT but I haven't felt any difference.
I do not feel overmedicated, I still feel undermedicated. I haven't taken my morning temperature (as my sleep hasn't completely normalized and I am usually already awake at morning time), but my afternoon temperature yesterday was 36.7 C. When I felt well, it was closer to 37 C.

I think you are going too fast. When we change dose of thyroid meds, either increase or decrease, we need 6 weeks for the full effects of the dose change. It's ony 2 months ago you were asking how much you should decrease your dose by, and in the last 3 weeks you've made 3 increases.
I feel for you as I think most on this forum are surprised that we still feel so unwell when, finally, diagnosed and even when taking prescription medication. It comes as a shock as we wonder why!
This is a link from one of TUK's Advisers (now deceased) but he only took one blood test altogether from his patients and then the concentration was upon small increases until symptoms were relieved.
