On a light note

I've just started my Vitamin B super complex supplements in the hope that optimum vitamin and folate levels improve my thyroid issues.

Why do supplements have to smell and taste so vile. I'm gagging at the smell as soon as the lids off, swallow the tablet and gag on that repeat taste.

Boy oh boy these bad boys better work!!

Anybody knows of supplements that don't smell like a farmyard?

The smell is so they work. You will will yourself better so you can stop taking them.

I am currently using that brand and mine don't have a bad smell, just a very faint odour which I don't find unpleasant. I can't taste them either, pop them in and wash down immediately with water, no chance to taste anything nor do they repeat.

SlowDragon have you found an unpleasant smell and taste with yours?

Igennus......No smell of any sort ....ever

I did have bad smelling different make B complex once

On the other hand .... if they tasted nicer, teenagers decide they need them too and then it gets really expensive.
