Was test done as early as possible in morning before eating or drinking anything other than water and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

What vitamin supplements are you currently taking

As you have Hashimoto’s are you on strictly gluten free diet?

Yes to everyrhing asked, the only vit i take is vitamin d as i dont get enough sun but everything else is good. Also there has been times where my ft3 been a bit higher but nothing has chage since then, i feel as i dont convert t4 to t3 at a steady pace so sometimes i feel low. My rt3 is on the upper have of the range also.

Ft4 is 95% through range

Ft3 only 45% through range

You might actually beneficial from very slight reduction in levothyroxine. It might improve conversion

What are your actual vitamin results and ranges

I wasn’t suggesting anything like that big a drop

Possibly reducing to 167.5mcg twice week and 175mcg remaining 5 days a week

Retest in 6-8 weeks

I understand, i was goi g to try to get 150 levo and 5mcg t3. Does that make sense also? I wish i could try ndt but my endo doesnt like it.

I would reduce levo first

Perhaps 175mcg 4 days week and 150mcg 3 days a week

Retest after 6-8 weeks

See how you feel and what Ft3 is ...then consider adding 5mcg T3
