Adjusting to new dose or change in brand?

Hi everyone.

I increased my levo by 12.5mcg 11 days ago after feeling absolutely awful with a high for me heart rate, anxiety, insomnia and reflux and trying to raise T3 made me worse and took ft3 too high and ft4 too low for me. The first few days I continued to feel very bad with a high pulse and for the first 7 days or so I kept waking up in the early morning in a panic with a high heart rate but felt mentally less anxious and better during the day. The last few days I had felt better and slept through the night again with my remaining symptoms hypo ones - constipation and slow digestion and also still some internal vibrating and severe lightheadedness and occasional head pressure and anxiety periods which has been going on for weeks. Then last night all of a sudden I felt a bit tremory in the evening and couldn't sleep - I felt buzzy and anxious and my pulse was going up to 80 when at that times its usually 56. This morning I woke up a bit early with a pulse between 88-100 and felt nervous. I took my tabs nervously and pulse went down but all day its been higher then the 68-80 of recently around 76-88 again and I feel nervous and have a flushed face, shaking muscles and am still very lightheaded - basically the symptoms I was having before. I was feeling a bit better late afternoon but now am not feeling too good at the moment just over an hour after my 2nd dose.

I am frustrated as I was feeling better and thought I was on the right track but now I don't know! Could this just be adjustment to the levo dose - I'm aware it takes weeks to settle but could it have caused such a drastic return? The only other thing of note is that I just got a 6 months worth prescription of levo and one part of my dose is wrockhardt not my usual mercury pharma. I started taking wrockhardt 2 days ago and the night I started taking it I didn't have symptoms but couldn't get to sleep for a time the took it yesterday with the awful night. This morning I took some leftover mercury pharma. I did also get in a bit of a panic state a couple of days ago because of something at home but it was only 10 minutes out of a day and I can't imagine that would cause this. Could it also potentially be the change in brand? I had huge issues with teva but that seems to be common and I think was a reaction to the mannitol.

Any help hugely appreciated! Thank you!
