Can someone advice me please if this is a good Vit D supplement? I’ve been taking it for 8 weeks without much improvement.

I'm not sure what exactly you mean by your supplement wasn't optimal?
Testing magnesium is unreliable. About 99% of magnesium is stored in bone, muscles and soft tissues, leaving about 1% in the blood. So testing what's in the blood isn't giving an accurate picture of our magnesium status.
A red cell magnesium test is the better indicator of magnesium status, not the standard serum magnesium test.
As for your Vit D supplement, personally I wouldn't use it, it has too many excipients and I like to keep those as low as possible and keep my supplements as clean as possible.
I have always used Doctor's Best D3 softgels, they contain only D3 and extra virgin olive oil. I have done extremely well on this brand, raising my severely deficient Vit D level of 15 to the recommended level and then finding my maintenance dose to keep it there.
I use a separate K2-MK7 supplement by Vegavero if it's available, if not then Vitabay.
Thanks so much for your replay!
I'm not sure what exactly you mean by your supplement wasn't optimal? I was taking T Convert that includes magnesium oxide. I thought that was enough. Hi now stop the T convert and switch to a better magnesium supplement.
I’m new in this process and all of you are helping a lot to understand better how to take care of me ...

I was taking T Convert that includes magnesium oxide.
Ah, I see. Well magnesium oxide is a very poor supplement, usually used for constipation. It is very poorly absorbed. You need a decent stand alone magnesium supplement which is suited to your needs - different types for different reasons explained here:
naturalnews.com/046401_magn...
drjockers.com/best-magnesiu...
but these links were given to you in my reply to your previous post so didn't you check them then and see that magnesium oxide was unsuitable?
You'd take the dose suggested on the pack, usually somewhere around 350-450mg.
Yes, I checked all the links you gave me at the time and I choose the most convenient for me. Then my GP suggested T convert. I wrongly though I didn’t want it to exceed the dose... so I didn’t use the one I bought.
I thought maybe it worth to try T Convert Despite the fact that it was bad type of magnesium...
I’m learning.... 😞
Hi. I use the BetterYou D+K2 oral spray. It says to use 3 sprays daily but I only use once a day and my levels improved tremendously.
Looks like a good one but I was recommended 5,000 iu vit d with k2 and A. . P D health do it . Def ok as recommended by professional .
Have u had another test ?
Due to have a test done soon. To be honest I tend to forget all about it! Due to absorption issues I self inject B12 as well, so for me, it makes sense to use an oral spray as opposed to taking pills.
Interesting option considering absorption issues I have myself. Thanks!
I use a vitamin d from a company based in Florida. It’s called stop aging now. The d vitamin is called revolution d. When my dr. Tested D levels said they were great. Their supplements are excellent.
