Does anyone have secondary hypothyroidism with a low body temperature? Mine is usually 35-36c and I'm wondering how common that is. I'm not diagnosed yet, and my low TSH and lowish ft4 might possibly be due to biotin before test.

I think most hypos have low temperatures, whatever the cause of their hypo. Low thyroid hormone levels are low thyroid hormone levels, and that's what causes the low temperatures.
You would really need an FT3 test, as well, to know if you have Central Hypo. Just TSH and FT4 isn't enough to tell the whole story.
Thanks again for your very helpful info, I'll be getting that tested -GP will retest in 6 weeks and if they won't do the T3, I'll get it done privately. The temperature thing is not a symptom of all the other issues I have except maybe the autonomic dysfunction, so it would be good to find out for certain.
