High thyroid TG antibodies in pregnancy

Has anyone have experience with elevated antibodies during pregnancy? Mine are 2101 and Tpo are 230. My endocrinologist who works privately and on the NHS says there is nothing to be concerned about and many healthy pregnancies happen in women with elevated antibodies. However, my functional medical Dr says it's crucial to reduce them. He also said that typically, pregnancy should reduce these antibodies but they haven't in mine and I'm now 20 weeks .

Any advice would be welcomed as I'm obviously a bit concerned

TG antibodies seems to reduce as TSH drops

Your previous post showed high TSH and as result you had recent dose increase in levothyroxine

TSH should start to reduce on increased Levothyroxine dose

Bloods should be retested 6-8 weeks after any dose change
