Thyroid hurting.

Hi everyone, hope you are all safe and well.

Has anyone experienced pain and tightness in the Thyroid area. It also feels constricting, and slightly hot.

I do have autoimmune hypothyroidism. Should I be worried, or see a gp.

Or is this normal progression of the disease.

Mine hurts every day. I wake up at night with it too. It affects my voice. I think it is because my ft4 level is too low. I do not have hashis.
