Maths q really, working out %

Hi,

Slightly embarrassed to ask but my brain cells not helping at the mo.

How do I work out what percentage I am between the lowest and highest range 😳 T3 below for example.

Your FT4 is 70% through range.

Your FT3 is 40.54% through range.

No need to bother with TSH, the aim of a hypo patient on Levo, generally, is for TSH to be 1 or below with FT4 and FT3 in the upper part of their ranges if that is where you feel well. It's easy to see whether TSH is high or low, it's largely irrelevant anyway, it's the FT4 and FT3 that matter.
