hello can you tell me the easiest way to take 87 mg a day please

Does it have to be spot on 87? Could you not do 100 one day 75 the next? Alternate

it could the problem is I cant take the 25 tablets as they don't come in activis and my pill cuter cuts unevenly

I'm on 75 at the moment so take 100 0ne day and 50 the next but I am raising it by 12 a day

Well could you take 100 one day and next day a 50 with a 50 cut in half, it's only 1mcg difference. Got to be better than trying to cut it in bits?

Some people take one weekly dose of levo.

This study showed that taking weekly L-T4 can adequately treat hypothyroidism. Further, measuring FT4 2 h after the dose can help determine if any absorption problems exist. Weekly L-T4 dosing may be helpful for patients that have difficulty taking medications on a daily basis.

As levothyroxine has a long half-life you don't need to take accuracy to heart but vary doses to suit you.

It really doesn't matter if the 'halves' are uneven. A smaller 'half' on Monday with a larger 'half' on Tuesday won't be noticeable in the week or more it takes to be absorbed. Alternatively 87 x 7 = 609 so you could just take 100mcg x 6 days.
