Are people still being able to purchase T3?

I bought some T3 from that company in Greece that we cannot name back in January, no problems received ok. I bought some more, a month ago. But not received them. I know Covid19 is delaying everything. I have emailed them, they are not responding. I've even gone back on their website requested to order more, they still not got back to me. Has anyone else had the same issue???

I'm also looking for a reliable source to purchase if I can't get any from this company anymore.
