This is relevant to my previous post but it seems I can't add an attachment to a reply, only an original post.
However, as the supplement I take at the moment contains iodine I should stop using it as there's a suspicion I may have Hashimoto's. As I'm vegan I've been using the vegan societies VEG 1, the contents of which are as the attachment to this post. What are the alternative supplements that'll hopefully give me all that are in the vegan product without the iodine?
