I have antibodies for both hash and graves and I think that’s why I sometimes don’t drop low enough to get the lab to do do t3 t4 but I find the hyper much harder to deal with so I don’t want my tsh to be at its highest

Theoretically TSH lowers through day , so an early am blood test may be higher, and a late afternoon test may be lower. I have read that this circadian rhythm is less pronounced once taking replacement hormones, so it might not be much lower if patient is already taking Levo.

Thanks that what I thought I think I may go mid morning after breakfast it was 6 years ago when I was diagnosed and have been in remission for 4 years

Do what u used to always do, so u can compare with past results to gauge if u are going hyper again.

Best wishes.

That’s the thing I dont remember I kept getting tsh of 0.4

Before I got one of 0.1 which then meant they checked t3 and t4 and discovered I had raging hyperthyroidism later diagnosed as graves

These days you likely have to test privately to get full testing done
