Hi,

I wrote almost an year ago with my problem. No energy, severe fatigue, weight not comming off at all and feeling cold all the time. No doctor wants to treat me here in Bulgaria. I have a bottle of Thyroid - S in the closet staying for more than 6 months. Not sure if I should start or not? What is the starting dose with this? A week ago I had a thyroid panel and the results are as follows:

TSH - 3.168

FT3 - 4.35 pmol/l (2.8 - 7.1)

FT4 - 16.46 pmol/l (11.50 - 22.70)

Any input will be really helpful. :)

P.S I take 10000IU Vitamind D and inject Hydroxocobalamin 1500 IU 2x week. Also on TRT - 20% Testosterone pentravan cream 2 clicks morning and 2 clicks evening. Testosterone therapy has improved my fatigue somewhat but still have brain fog and severe tiredness.

I would suggest you try and get some metavive, start off with metavive 1. Make sure you take your temperature three times a day before you start this so you can get a understanding of what it is. If you are hypothyroid it is normal for it to be much lower than what is acceptable, before I began on this mine was 35.3 degrees, only a few off hyperthermia!! Dr Myhill's website in the UK has some excellent information on hypothyroid and Dr Myhill sales site allows you to purchase metavive which is a porcine thyroid replacement therapy. I have been on this a month and gradully increasing and feel so much better. I would also recommend you consider a paleo ketogenic diet - it will help you lose weight and you wont feel hungry, this combined with metavive is a good mix that definitely will help.

I also take high doses of vitamin c, d and zinc, good luck!
