Pixipot Only supplement for the things that you are deficient in. I supplemented with a multi-vitamin for older women for years. I didn't need some of the ingredients and I overdosed on iodine as a result and my thyroid reacted badly.

Folks may swear by adaptogens such rhodiola and ashwagandha but we don’t have clear evidence yet that adaptogens actually improve well-being. These adaptogens can raise or lower cortisol but you don't know which they will do and whether or not you need cortisol tinkered with. All in all they are a risk.

I just checked these 2 vitamins & it says they aren't suitable to take with thyroid medication

If you are speaking of the adaptogens some sites recommend them. It depends where you look.

Essential to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12

Add recent results and ranges if you have them
