Tsh .78 (.27-4.2)

Ft3 4.0 (3.1-6.2)

Ft4 18.4 (12-22)

I am feeling unmotivated depressed low energy, could these symptoms be due to low fr3.

Possibly. Your FT3 is 24.2% through range (by the way I think that range should be 3.1-6.8 and not 3.1-6.2 ) and your FT4 is 64% through range so they're not well balanced and conversion of T4 to T3 is not particularly good.

Good conversion needs optimal nutrient levels so first thing to do is test

Supplementing with selenium is said to help conversion, it should be either selenium l-selenomethionine or a yeast bound selenium, 100-200mcg daily, avoid selenite and selenate forms of selenium.
