My last two Regenerus adrenal tests have been back within a week. My last one was at the beginning of March before lockdown so I don't know if there are currently any delays.
You can send your samples back by courier, details included in your kit and you pay separately for that. Up to now I've always sent mine back by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day by 1pm which is cheaper than the courier return service.
They email you when the results are ready, it may be an attachment to your email or it could be that you have to log into your account.
