can endicrinology help with menopause symptoms and any good ones to recommend

Still having hot flushes way after stopping the menopause, thinking of making an appointment with Prof Frank Joseph at the Wirral, anyone been to him,he's an endocrinologist. Hopeless GP so just want to see somebody who can help with lack of motivation and hot flushes. Hot flushes did disappear but have come back with a vengenance
