Agree with Lalatoot.

Even on my PC with large screen it's impossible to read your results, it doesn't help that they're sideways.

There doesn't appear to be any thyroid results, just full blood count, ferritin and Vit D.

I can see that your Ferritin is low at 24 (13-150) but I can't read your full blood count results to see if you are anaemic and there doesn't appear to be an iron panel which would tell you if you have iron deficiency.

I changed it i asked for a iron panel and this is all I got i need help x

They took thyroid panel last time on my previous message they wouldn't do it agian so this result and the 1 before are 3 weeks apart xx i think my body dont convert the t4 to t3 and I need t3 because levothyroxine gives me side affects so they decided to reduce me to only 25mg Every other night xx

Your white cell count is low and neutrophil count low

This is likely because you are under medicated and on too low dose of levothyroxine

How much levothyroxine are you currently taking?

Standard starter dose of levothyroxine is 50mcg (unless over 60) and dose should be increased slowly upwards in 25mcg steps until on full replacement dose

Levothyroxine doesn't agree with my i have side effects to it im trying to get t3 added but they won't give it to me... I can only tolerate 25 mg Every other night x

Which brand of levothyroxine are you currently taking?

Which brands have you tried

Suspect your symptoms are due to taking such ludicrously small dose, rather than the levothyroxine itself

Levothyroxine doesn’t top up your own thyroid output, it replaces it...so it’s important to start of with reasonable dose and increase dose upwards as fast as tolerated

Your Ft4 is far too low, you need to increase dose to 25mcg every day....after few weeks up to 50mcg everyday (may need to go to 25mcg and 50mcg alternate days first)

Getting bloods retested after 6-8 weeks on 50mcg levothyroxine everyday

Guidelines on full replacement dose levothyroxine is 1.6mcg per kilo of your weight. For most people that’s a minimum of 100mcg per day

It can be difficult to increase dose, if been left on too low a dose for long time. But getting steady dose increase upwards. Preferably in 25mcg steps, but sometimes 12.5mcg steps necessary

Only once levothyroxine is optimal will you know if you need T3

T3 is impossible to tolerate until all vitamins are at good levels. Frequently Hashimoto’s patients need to be absolutely strictly gluten free too BEFORE considering adding T3

Important to get all vitamins optimal

improving iron and ferritin and low B12

Vitamins are low because you are under medicated and levothyroxine dose too low

High red cell distribution width confirms low iron levels

You also need B12 and folate tested

Cassie101 in reply to SlowDragon

I had b12 and folate tested on my other message on my page could you take a look please x

Sorry , missed those

Yes B12 not low enough for GP to consider testing, but likely too low for you

Supplementing a good quality daily vitamin B complex, one with folate in not folic acid may be beneficial.

chriskresser.com/folate-vs-...

B vitamins best taken after breakfast

Igennus Super B is good quality and cheap vitamin B complex. Contains folate. Full dose is two tablets per day. Many/most people may only need one tablet per day. Certainly only start on one per day (or even half tablet per day for first couple of weeks)

Or Thorne Basic B or jarrow B-right are other options that contain folate, but both are large capsules

If you are taking vitamin B complex, or any supplements containing biotin, remember to stop these 7 days before any blood tests, as biotin can falsely affect test results

Many Hashimoto’s patients have MTHFR gene variation and can have trouble processing folic acid.

Have you seen an endocrinologist who is THYROID specialist

Most endocrinologists are diabetes specialists and not much more use than GP

Liquid levothyroxine is one option

Getting vitamin levels optimal should help

Strictly gluten free diet often essential

Gerd and low stomach acid are EXTREMELY common hypothyroid symptom

Low stomach acid is caused by being hypothyroid

Low stomach acid leads to low vitamins

They are all interconnected
