I am feeling ridiculously horrible. Even small tasks wear me out, I am short of breath, stiff, all tendons not joints hurt, some mornings brushing teeth is hard because my shoulder is so stiff, braiding my hair cause so much pain on elbows
I am having bloods done again tomorrow and my functional doctor tries to get me ultrasound, my neck feels uncomfortable and swallowing sometimes hurt a lot.
Just wanted to rant. I am also very nervous about the test. Not the test itself but if it shows ideal numbers. My functional will start levo after these bloods if they are off as last test indicated hypo after hyper swing and he said I sound very hypo now.
I eat very well, take B12,D,K2,folate,selenium and just try to survive. I don't enjoy my life at the moment. Can't exercise, don't enjoy the walk with the dog, hate the summer and everything just sucks 😄

I'm sorry you're feeling so unwell. Your last thyroid tests looked pretty awful, so I hope your functional doctor gives you the treatment you so obviously need.
Are you having a rubbish summer in Finland? I'm in the north of England, up in the Pennine hills, and we're having our second cold, gloomy summer in a row. 🥶⛈
Yeah my functional doctor think the numbers are off and the last two tests were referred by GP, rheumatologist and endo who say I am euthyroid, no need for action nor follow up. I was so upset because my ft4 is clearly low and it's 1+1 that TSH will rise. My functional doctor said that's how he sees it too as my TSH went from 0.18 to 1.88 yet ft4 had dropped a bit more just in 10 days.
My functional doctor is awfully busy and fully booked so it took 5 weeks to get consultation and he wanted to retest and try to get the ultrasound for me to rule out any malicious going on.
Summer here has been weird, we had period of almost heatwave and now back to normal rainy colder northern summer , I guess its pretty much the same here except the part of north I live in is not nowhere near the sea which affect the weather different way. I have only been in southern UK when I spent one month in Brighton 1994 ,it was very unstable weather and ofc the most important day for me was rainy and foggy when we got to go to Wimbledon and we had the cheapest seats with no cover. I bought a magazine to get the rain coat and still have that magazine. I ate ridiculously expensive cookie they sold ,saw some of my favorite tennis players but still one of the best days ever.
This year we also have loads of mosquitos.
So its not fun at all to be outdoors ,tiny army attacks immediately and are very hungry.
