Congratulations on your pregnancy. Please don't worry. I don't know much about pregnancy and hypothyroidism, but on the right you will see "related posts" with lots of helpful replies to people, so suggest you read through these.
I would however say
(a) you don't post the reference ranges for your past blood results - but most ranges have free T4 up to 20 or 22 so you aren't over range yet
b) it is more usual to re-test bloods 6 - 8 weeks after changing dose - 3 weeks seems too quick to me [thyroid meds move v-e-r-y s-l-o-w-l-y]
(c) in your position I would treat myself to full blood tests next time - ie TSH, free T4, free T3 and key nutrients - ferritin folate, vit D and B12. You want your nutrients nice and high - especially when you are pregnant. If your GP won't test everything, you will see lots of posts here about private testing
OK, so your TSH has probably risen because you're not converting too well, and your FT3 is low.
However, with pregnancy, it's not the FT3 the most important - and certainly not the TSH. It's the FT4, because it's T4 that crosses the blood/placenta barrier, not T3. And, your FT4 is not too bad.
So, now you've increased your levo, which will give you more T4, which is good. So, try not to worry too much about it. You've done the right thing.
That result is not your thyroid. That result is TSH, which isn't even a thyroid hormone. It's a pituitary hormone: Thyroid Stimulating Hormone.
When the pituitary senses there's not enough thyroid hormone in the blood - either T4 or T3 - it secretes TSH to stimulate the thyroid to make more hormone. When the thyroid hormone levels rise, the TSH reduces.
So, as I said, your T3 is a bit low, so that's probably why your TSH has risen. With the increase in levo, your FT4/3 should rise, and your TSH will therefore reduce.
A euthyroid TSH is actually around one. The ranges are far too wide.
