I use Kallo Vegetable Stock Cubes which are gluten free, yeast free and lactose free.

Their chicken ones contain yeast.

Marigold do an organic yeast free bouillon stock cube which is also gluten free.

Yeah vegetable one is easy to find I’m looking for meat stocks and fish stocks with no yeast. I think they do not exist. This is going to be a problem

Yeah, sorry just realised about the yeast so they’ll be no good for you.

No problem at all. I have found that kallø makes yeast and gluten free veggie stocks but we use beef, chicken and fish stocks too. I think I will not be lucky!

Your husband is going to have to start making his own stocks and freezing them in ice cube trays. Its the only way to have complete control over the contents, unfortunately. Good luck.
