Help with switching to NDT please

I posted these test results last week which were taken approximately a week after stopping Metavive. I have Hashimoto's

I'm considering changing to NDT and after some very interesting conversations on here with helpful and knowledgable people, I'm feeling more confident about switching to NDT. I've researched a few brands and as far as I can tell, WP throid has the least additives of which there are only two, both natural. Please feel free to comment if I'm mistaken or you know of something better

But where do I start if I'm to acquire and maintain an optimum level of T3 and 4? What I'm trying to say is: I don't want one to be out of sync with the other. There are various strengths and I feel inclined to start with one that is as near similar as possible to my Metavive, in terms of how much T3 and 4 it's comprised of

Metavive is sold as a thyroid support and gives no details of thyroid hormone content. It is therefore impossible to tell you what ratio of t4 to t3 would be its equivalent in ndt.

I just wanted to find out how to prevent upsetting the balance once starting NDT. Small increments obviously with long intervals between each increase

I think it was SlowDragon who pointed out that my persistent sleep problem might be helped by increasing T3. I’m prepared to experiment to see if this is the case and wanted to try it with NDT instead of metavive. The reason being that I hear so many success stories from people who take it and that I recently doubled my metavive with no discernible effect

Also, any ideas on brand Lalatoot?

Sorry can't help on brands. I am on a combo of levo and liothyronine. This allows me to adjust the ratio of t4 to t3 to suit me. With ndt some folks find they have to add some levo or lio to optimise t4 or t3 dosing.
