We should only change one thing at a time, if we change both we don't know which one has made a difference.
Also, adjustments of T3 should be in 5mcg increments.
Did you test before you made the adjustments? What were your levels (results and ranges)?
You should leave 6-8 weeks after changing dose for levels to stabilise before retesting.
