It's a US company and it's posted from Sweden, factor in major postal delays if you buy anything from anywhere at the moment. I have something coming from the US with tracking and since 28th March all it says is "leaving the USA" so presumably it's stuck there at the moment.

I don't think it is, if it was my practioner would have directed me to something I could buy in the UK rather than order from the US.
There is a long and complicated history as far as Serenity brand is concerned. Unfortunately the details were on my old computer and I lost them when I had the new computer, but basically there was a falling out and a separate company started up and both used the same name for the brand of cream.
Doesn't look like the same cream to me, ingredients aren't the same.
