It is a symptom of hypothyroidism.

Did the tight chest only start when you started taking thyroxine?

If so it could be either that the brand doesn't suit you and you are having an adverse reaction to it, maybe ask for a different brand. Or maybe you started on too high a dose, usually 50mcg is a starter dose and we increase by 25mcg every 6-8 weeks until we reach the right dose for us.

Another thing could be that you have an infection, as well as Covid 19 people are still getting colds and chest infections.

I have already tested two days before covid 19 thank fully it is negative. Thank you for answering me

Good to hear that test was negative, but I was thinking of other chest infections and colds that arearound during the winter months that might be causing the chest tightness if it wasn't a reaction to the thyroxine.

It is time you had a new blood test I think (and I'm not medically qualified) but had undiagnosed hypothyroidism. This is a list of symptoms - thankfully we don't get all of them.

As your dose of levo is increased, in a while you will feel much better and the aim is a TSH of 1 or lower (many GPs think somewhere in the range is fine).

Usually we get tested every six weeks when newly diagnosed and I will give some hints so that you can get the best result at your next test.

Always get the earliest possible appointment, (so you may have to book weeks ahead so that blood can be drawn). It should also be a fasting test (you can drink water) and allow a gap of 24 hours between your last dose of levothyroxine and the test and take it aferwards.

If you've not had Free T4 and Free T3 tested, ask if these can be done at your next blood test as it is usually only TSH and T4 that's done. If you've not had thyroid antibodies tested, ask for this as well. If antibodies are present you'd have an Autoimmune Thyroid Disease, commonly called Hashimoto's.Also ask for B12, Vit D, iron, ferritin and folate as all have to be optimal and we can be deficient. Always get a print-out of your results for your own records and post if you have a query.

Thank you very much, I plan to test again end of this month bcz hope my insurance will cover at that time

Unfamiliar with the problem but recommend you get something done about it asap as difficulty with breathing does cause pneumonia and could cause you serious problems with the Corona virus.

A Salt Pipe may help with your breathing - look for Dr Sarah Myhill's video on how to use it.... it was posted on here a few weeks back in response to coronavirus.

Anyway I bought one for my husband, who has asthma, and tried it out when my sinuses got a bit clogged after sorting out a dusty bedroom and it helped. Dr Myhill recommends them for patients with chronic breathing issues. Also, a supplement for lung (and liver) health is NAC... can be a bit harsh on the stomach so I personally take it after a meal, but there is lots of documented evidence that shows it is useful in clinical settings.
