You may be hard pushed to find soy free K2-MK7 as most supplements are made from natto which is fermented soy beans. However, fermented soy is said to be OK, it's unfermented soy that we Hypos should avoid. Even some supplements labelled as soy free are made from Natto.

You could look at Together Health whichi s made from chick peas but still says "fermented with Bacillus subtilis natto", and Douglas Laboratories say they are soy free. Other than that, just Google and check ingredients.

As for Ubiquinone, I use Doctor's Best Ubiquinol and that's soy and gluten free but I can't say for anothers.
