Free Thyroid App

Found this app ‘Boost Thyroid’ in the App Store. Great wee app where you can record your symptoms, meds, supplements and it sends you articles daily to read. You can record your blood test results and produce a Doctor’s report. Very good. 😀

I’ve just had a look at this. It’s really good! I love the graphs you can create to chart all your blood tests. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for posting. Looks good😊

I'd be worried about who else could see my data and what it was being used for. These apps are not out there for altruistic reasons

Just took a look .....seems impossible to alter ranges on test results.....and ranges are very different from UK

Also no UK brands of levothyroxine apart from Eltroxin

Same applies to T3

T3 dose options very limited too

Medichecks gives graphs (if you have more than one test result over time)

Does Medichecks have an app?? I wasn’t aware. Would make sense to use that one obviously. Just as a side note on the subject of Eltroxin - my Endo suggested switching from Teva to Eltroxin. I don’t have problems with Teva (at least I think I don’t! lol) but anyway, my chemist said they have stopped manufacturing it and he couldn’t get it anyway.

I suggest you contact Advanz (who own Mercury Pharma Eltroxin brand):

We have seen so many posts where people have been told things about availability of medicines - time after time, the companies refute what was said.

But Mercury Pharma Levothyroxine is 100% identical to Mercury Pharma Eltroxin - so there is no need to worry specifically about it saying "Eltroxin".

Pharmacist have a tendency to say this...it’s absolute rubbish

They mean “can’t be arsed to get a different brand “
