Hi. Does anyone use the PILIPALA app for iPhone? It’s endorsed by Thyroid UK and looks useful but I wondered if it worth paying the upgrade fee. I know it’s not much but wanted to check to see what it is like. I figured I’d at least have all my results in one place instead of scattered all over the house!

If you want to keep results in one place you could use a spreadsheet.
Libre Office is free to download and includes a spreadsheet program. I've been using it for years.

I don't have a smart phone and like Humanbean I keep my results on a simple spreadsheet.
Just get a notepad or if more technically minded use a spreasheet.
I wouldn’t trust an app, you have to rely on it being updated so compatible with new operating systems, and if you change your phone…. 🤦♀️
I use my phone notes and tablet notes and lots of journals but I have stopped doing journals because I was starting to resemble a hoarder.
