I am looking for a link to t3 levels showing the rise and fall in a 12 hr period. It was in graph format.
I had it saved to my bookmarks but my boyfriend undid an update and I lost everything.
I am a mess still trying to sort out my dosing. Been diagnosed hypo since 2010, Hashis 2017. Been feeling bad since 2004.
Hormone doc severely over medicated me on Armour and sex hormones which set me way back. Im starting over and slowly increasing to try to get more optimized. Fatigue is my biggest issue.
Thank u!

It was a link to someones dropbox I think. It was red and black I think. It pretty much leveled off at the 12 hr points. I couldnt think of the "drop" part of that this morning when I posted. My short term memory is trashed lately.
The Daily Rhythms shows the pattern of TSH, FT4 and FT3 in people NOT taking thyroid hormones. They are the patterns their bodies exhibit. (Even then, there is considerable variation.)
Whereas the other one shows what happens to FT3 when someone swallows a T3 tablet.
The import of the Daily Rhythms paper is, probably, two-fold. First, for people who are undiagnosed. Second, to identify the underlying pattern of TSH hence why to get tested early in the day (or, at least, consistently).
It might seem reasonable. It might actually be reasonable a lot of the time. But we are already making so many assumptions and approximations and guesses, I don't like compounding them further.
