Has anyone ever tried Tirosint? I tried it and stopped after the first dose. Horrible side effects

Tirosint
I'm sorry you had side affects. It is very disappointing when we start a new 'type' but it doesn't work as we hoped. This is a link regarding it:-

I was switching from synthroid 88 to tirosint 88 and about two hours after I took it my ears were ringing and started getting bad headache and then I was up all night feeling jittery nervous like I could crawl out of my skin.
Sounds absolutely awful.
That is because tirosint is better absorbed than any other thyroid replacement and usually you have to take a lower dose than with others to accomplish the same effect. It’s very powerful as it has only 3 ingredients instead of 6,7 in other options.
p.s. if you try this hint, i.e. take one anti-histamine tablet one hour before Tirosint and you don't have an unpleasant reaction, you're sensitive to something within in it, i.e. fillers/binders. So you'd definitely have to select another levo.
Yes, I do and it saved my life. I had my thyroid removed and had problems with doctors who were not able to adjust my dose properly. At some point my tsh was 29 and I wasn’t able to breathe, so Greek doctor switched me on Tyrosint and within 2 doses my TSH went down to 14 and a week later to 3. I still use it and it’s working for me. I don’t feel as I did with my healthy thyroid but I guess I never will.
Your Greek doctor knew what he was doing as many doctors have no idea about symptoms or how different thyroid hormone replacements can affect us badly. I'm glad you were prescribed an alternative and it surprises us when suffering that an alternative does the trick.
