TSH 0.04 /Ft4 15.3

Got my thyroid tested yesterday, did not get ft3 as I paid it from my own pocket.

Range 0.4-4 TSH

10-21 ft4.

Now what? I have been feeling extremely shitty and that TSH is too low for someone not on medication.

Heart palps,sweating, loose stomach etc.

If you are not on thyroid medication then the very low TSH may indicate a hyper state. In which case you must get an FT3 to confirm or deny. It's possible you may have T3-toxicosis where FT4 can be normal, TSH low, with a high FT3. The symptoms you describe are typical of a hyper state

What is your TSH, T4 and T3? sorry I see you have posted the results above. Your TSH is low (suppressed) but your T4 also seems low. I really need to know what your T3 and antibodies are to get a better picture. Are you taking any medication or supplements?

As my GP ignored my symptoms I got tested by myself but adding ft3 and antibodies would have costed so much as I also got gastro panel test which costs loads.

Trying to reach my GP to see if they would do the other tests.

I think my ft3 could be quite normal too as I am slowly getting less symptomatic, worst period was on December. And I have understood TSH normalises the last? I have had hypo phase in my past with borderline high TPOab.

Not on any medication and get B12,B1,B6 injections and take vit D and magnesium.

Have tried iodine here and there ,only 20-40 mcg , it making me feel terrible.

I just had a quick look at your profile and previous posts. Have you taken iodine? If you have that can mess with your thyroid and stop it working.

Edited my posting about the iodine before I noticed you asked about it.

So yeah been taking but can't tolerate it.

That could be causing you to feel ill. I would not take it again if I was you and then do another blood test to see what your levels are. I noticed you have had B12 injections so you can get symptoms from having low B12. I am not an expert but I have been on a lot of sites in the USA and here and have gained some knowledge. Hopefully other members who know a lot more than me will give you some advice. I just edited my post because I noticed you had changed yours.

Yeah I do too think iodine could be the bad thing and in my past I have had to avoid it with all costs but then I end up hypo with high thyroglobulin and low urine iodine.

During past year I have eaten food with added iodine ie oatmeal puddings, oat milk/cream and used a bit iodised salt.

Yes low B12 cause me symptoms but this is different symptoms with awful heart rate and other classic hyper symptoms.

Look at my profile and read my story because I have had similar symptoms to yours. I do have a multinodular goitre and high antibodies.
