Metavive anyone ?

Did to an horrendous year last year , I haven't been paying too much attention to what is going on with supplies of NDT. Yesterday a friend texted me to say that his wife was unable to get her supply from Thailand and extolling the virtues of Metavive which they say is organic and made in the UK . He says it's so good she is dropping her dose ?? Any comments welcome , and by the way Late Happy New Year to you all ! Pp

It's good that your friend's wife is doing well on Metavive.

However, we have to remember that Metavive is not NDT nor is it claimed to be. It is a glandular, sold as a food supplement, with no declared hormone content.

I’ve just placed another order. It compares well to old formula RLC meds though it’s not an NDT, but a supplement. 🤗

it comes in weird 40mg pills, how did you convert over to metavive...or how many grains did metavive

40mg feel like compared to nature throid or other thyroid meds

The 40 milligram dose sounds weird - but is a recent change.

The company added ingredients (nucleotides) to the 15 milligram dose which changed it into a 40 milligram dose - with exactly the same thyroid content.

Yes, it certainly is yet another bit of confusion to add to thyroid products!
