Did my first home medichecks ( I am sure the blood will wash out of my white sheets!). 11 hours after last dose on empty stomach .

I was taking 1 3/4 TMan

I was having a lot of palpitations, hair loss and a raised BP.

I think a 1/4 increase is OK?

You probably need to retest vitamin levels soon

What vitamin supplements are you currently taking?

Vitamin D. K2, magnesium, biotin, Boron, B12 and Iron every couple of days .

Iron should never be supplemented unless regularly retested

Vitamin D needs testing twice year. How much are you taking

No vitamin B complex?

My iron and D will be tested now it’s been found low. I take 3000 D a day and will be re tested again soon. I do not take a B complex on a regular basis.

My Folate is always high so I avoid B complex.
