My daughter has been trying to conceive for two years. I asked her to get her thyroid tested.
These are the results. They were done in Thailand where she lives.
I think she is under active, can anyone else let me know what they think.
Thank you

No, those results don't show that she's underactive, any doctor will say that her results are euthyroid (normal).
A normal healthy person would have a TSH level of no more than 2 and hers is well below that.
Her Total T4 and Free T4 are in range but on the lowish side. Free T4 is the more useful test and that is 15.58% through range. A normal healthy person would have an FT4 level of around 50%.
Total T3 is not a useful test, we need Free T3 to see how much active T3 is available. However, as her total T3 is low then her Free T3 is likely to be low too.
There are two things that could be considered and further testing would be required:
1) Autoimmune thyroid disease, aka Hashimoto's. TPO and Tg antibodies would need to be tested and if raised would confirm Hashi's.
2) Central hypothyroidism, which is where the problem lies with the pituitary or the hypothalamus rather than the thyroid, and is shown when TSH is low, normal or minimally elevated with a low/below range FT4. It's possible that her FT4 is not low enough to consider central hypothyroidism.
She also needs vitamin D, folate, B12 and ferritin tested....frequently low with autoimmune disease
