NHS Endo West Sussex/Low TSH

I have just returned from my 6 monthly thyroid cancer hospital appointment (all OK). They want to reduce my medication to increase my TSH as it is very low and they say I will get osteoporosis if they don't. My TSH has suppressed for 6 years after surgery and it just the last 6 months since I have been self medicating with T3 that I have felt good, so I am a little worried. Can anyone recommend an Endo in the south of England (Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire) who understands T3 enough to advise me correctly. Also any thoughts on the idea of my medication being reduced would be helpful too. Thankyou for your time. X

As we can't discuss individual doctors on the forum, I will turn off replies to your post and anyone who can help will reply by private message.

You can send for the list of thyroid friendly endos from Dionne at ThyroidUK and ask for feedback by private message on any that you can travel to.

Email: tukadmin@thyroiduk.org

You might want to start a new post with your question about medication reduction (without reference to recommendations for doctors) so that members can respond to that.
