Check the different forms of magnesium and what they are suitable for, see which would be best for you. I don't think there is anything specifically for Hashi's:

Citrate is good if you are constipated, if you are not then be careful because it can have a laxative effect.
I take chelated or bisglycinate which are supposed to be more bioavailable than the cheaper forms, though citrate is supposed to be good for constipation. It helps me sleep as I get cramp otherwise, & magically stopped sugar cravings which can be a sign of deficiency. The tablets are like horse pills & feel as though they’re stuck in my throat unless I dissolve them a little with a glug of water. There are soluble types available.
