Raised eosinophils is a sign of allergic response. I have had raised eosinophils for over 40 years and have hay fever and dust mite allergies. Many asthmatics will have raised eosinophils if they have an allergic component to their asthma.
Raised eosinophils of themselves are not harmful just a sign that one’s immune system has been triggered.
