I’ve always taken in morning as soon as I awake. Only reason I have is I believe my gp told me to take in morn. No rhyme or reason.

Yes, GPs always say to take it in the morning because that's what the manufacturers say, and they don't know enough about it to think out of the box.
I've tried taking my thyroid hormone both at night and in the morning, and I don't notice any difference. So, now I take it in the morning, because that's the most convenient for me.
I take mine at bed-time and always have done so.
More convenient for me. And, some suggest, results in a dosing that is marginally close to how it is for people who have no thyroid issues.
Knowing what the thousands of members here do is not always helpful as we need to do what suits us as an individual...

100% agreed - it matters not one whit when I take mine. What matters is the best answer for crushing.
