If you click on your user name or your avatar it takes you to your profile page where you will see all your posts and replies that you have made.
Also, when someone answers your post you receive an email notification with a link to click on to take you to the reply. Plus there is a bell icon (Next to Home>MyHub>Chat) at the top of the page which will have a red circle by the side of it when you have notifications (on a PC, not sure on other devices).
